December 24, 2018 – Serrano Development Group’s Build to Suit for the County of San Bernardino at 1495 South E Street has been completed.  The County accepted the premises and is ready to open for business.  The facility will house over a hundred County employees and act as the main call center for the Department of Children and Family Services.
