Serrano Development breaks ground on new office for County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services

January 2, 2018 – Grading commenced today on a 44,000 square foot office building being developed by Serrano Development Group for the County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services.  The project sits on approximately 4 acres on E Street in the City of San Bernardino and is expected to deliver in the third quarter of this year.  The project architect is SPAD Architects and the general contractor is Pacific Empire Builders.

County Facility Completed

December 13, 2017 – Serrano Development Group received its Certificate of Occupancy for a 22,000 square foot office project in the Town of Apple Valley today.  The property will be occupied by the County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department.  This project marks the eighth collaboration between the County of San Bernardino and Serrano Development Group.

 

Newhall Crossings Breaks Ground!

October 12, 2017 –  Newhall Crossings broke ground today in Old Town Newhall, marking a major milestone in the continuing renaissance of Old Town Newhall.  The project includes 47 residential units and approximately 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.  Jason Tolleson from Serrano Development Group, Inc. and Jeff Paul from Pacific Coast Housing Development are shown above receiving a Certificate of Recognition from Mayor Pro Tem Laurene Weste for their hard work and focus to revitalize Old Town Newhall.

Laemmle Lofts Completed

September 29, 2017 – Laemmle Lofts has been completed and ready for leasing!  Located in Glendale, CA,  the Laemmle Lofts consists of a Panda Inn restaurant, Laemmle Movie Theater, and 42 residential apartments.  We are excited to see our hard work and determination pay off.  Congratulations to Serrano Development Group Inc. and Pacific Empire Builders on another successful mixed-use project.

Apple Valley Breaks Ground

February 21, 2017 – Serrano Development Group is pleased to announce the beginning of construction on roughly 21,000 sf of office space for the County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department. Serrano Development Group has joined forces with its sister construction company Pacific Empire Builders to develop and construct this project. Construction is estimated to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2017.

CFS Awarded

December 20, 2016 – Serrano Development Group was chosen through a “Request For Proposal” process to proceed with the design and development of a new ground-up +/- 44,000 square foot office building for the County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services in San Bernardino, CA. Construction is anticipated to begin in the third quarter of 2017.

 

Otsego Breaks Ground

July 14, 2016 – The 49-unit apartment project has broken ground in North Hollywood, CA. Construction is planned to run through 2018. The building will stand 5 stories high and will have two levels of subterranean parking. With a vibrant sculptural art installation, the building will fit right in to the Noho Arts District.
