April 2, 2013 – Serrano Development Group has been hired for Development Services for a 27 unit apartment project in Palms, CA.  Construction on the project is expected to begin in August of 2013.

February 2, 2013 – Serrano Development Group completed facade, site and interior buildout improvements at 1600 Bailey Avenue in Needles, CA, for the County of San Bernardino – Department of Behavioral Health.

November 7, 2012 – Serrano Development Group has negotiated the acquisition of 1600 Bailey Avenue in Needles, CA, concurrent with a 10-year lease to the County of San Bernardino – Department of Behavioral Health for MTK Socal Investors, LLC.  Serrano will manage the improvements, expected to begin in January 2013.
