December 13, 2017 – Serrano Development Group received its Certificate of Occupancy for a 22,000 square foot office project in the Town of Apple Valley today.  The property will be occupied by the County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department.  This project marks the eighth collaboration between the County of San Bernardino and Serrano Development Group.
