January 2, 2018 – Grading commenced today on a 44,000 square foot office building being developed by Serrano Development Group for the County of San Bernardino Department of Children and Family Services.  The project sits on approximately 4 acres on E Street in the City of San Bernardino and is expected to deliver in the third quarter of this year.  The project architect is SPAD Architects and the general contractor is Pacific Empire Builders.
