June 14, 2019 – Serrano Development Group was joined by representatives from the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, US Congress, California State Senate, and California State Assembly today to commemorate the groundbreaking of The Orchard in Downtown Azusa.  The Orchard represents a transformative project for the Downtown district in Azusa with 163 luxury apartment units, approximately 23,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and boast a Laemmle Art House Theatre as it’s anchor.  The project is projected to open in the fourth quarter of 2021.
