Geneva at Hughes is a 27-unit, ground-up luxury apartment development project located in the palms neighborhood of Los Angeles.  The project was constructed on a 16,056 SF lot and includes one level of subterranean parking, one level of on-grade parking, and four levels of Type V apartments.
